You can go to the tagged user's profile. There's a 'Find' dropdown, there you can find all the threads started by the user.
Or you can use the search, search for "Skype" in posts posted by the tagged user.

This is a legacy version of Clownfish Translator for Skype. I think op asked for mass message sender.

Me? babymasta was asking for the thread url Razentyler was talking about above. I have not used or tried the tool. If it's just a translator, SMMnet's thread title/subject is misleading.
