We use Telegram, Skype and Signal for Diversity and Satisfaction.
The overwhelming majority of our operational communication takes place via Telegram.
Skype is a bit outdated but we were still using it o_O

Seems to be the case for a lot of sellers here.
Do you use any telegram automation like bots to simplify your operations?

Soon we will launch a bot and automate things.
I like the bot feature and some other features of Telegram.
But it's full of scammers because of some features like mutual deletion of conversations :(
