we got hit on all accounts, a lot of other guys I know too. normal whitehat campaigns are affected too, as you can find quite a few posts on these fb groups. we have 300-500 USD CPM now on ALL accounts: different geos, different campaigns, different clients. it's nuts. no word from facebook yet about this. this has been going on for 2 or 3 days already.

yes get some social proof on your ads and your costs will lower
absolute bullshit.

We have our own health product and having tons of issues with consistent profits. Facebook is pretty unstable at the moment, i guess they will fix it soon.

I agree too I m also in Ayurveda i have same issue to even i was getting a lead in 25-30 Rs hardly in morning reached 100-150. its getting crazy

They have problem on their In-App Browser. When people click on ads, they only see a blank page and not redirected to landing page. It may not happens to all devices but majority of android devices face this.

I know what happened now. It affected only all adsets with no interest targeting. To make it worse. We had cbo campaigns, and fb spent all budget on the hogh cpm adsets. We killed all the broad targeting adsets and then everything went back to normal....

Was due to many factors, also with the API to bind Facebook to Shopify there were massive problems the last few weeks, because of the new regulations of Apple's update policy. But will recover again the days

Sometimes it will have crazy days. But rest assured it will be back to normal

Cpm is highly dependent on your audience targeting. Widening your targeting has a high probability of lowering cpm.

also targeting audiences that other audiences may not be targeting.

such cases often happen, your job is to turn off the campaign on such days :)
Bullshit, who will then later form an abstinence to his ads with such a stupid attitude, he loses more money than earn. You let an ad run a few days, only then there are clear results. And usually the ads recover after a few days, as long as he is break even is all good.

You're not the only one, don't worry. For those that are suggesting fixes, be cautious as this CPM issue is industry wide, it's affected everyone thats' doing some decent scale.

I wish I had a "but, heres the solution" but I don't. What's working for us however is focusing on engagement and messenger camps instead of performance campaigns, and then re-routing the user through a longer funnel.
