If you want to trade your Skrill to Bitcoin then here are my suggestions :
1. Use Virwox.com (It's totally legit and known for years)
2. Post in Bitcointalk "Currency exchange" section and wait till someone P.M you.
While Virwox.com is legit and known , the fees are a little bit high and you can't buy big amounts unless you upgrade (which happens after x months from your first purchase using Paypal or Skrill) .
Bitcointalk is the other hand is Peer to peer and decentralized which means you can discuss and ask for the fees that fit you etc ... and that's it . But , unless you have high ranked and trusted account people won't do trades with you because Skrill is a reversible payment method .
