It took awhile I forget now, I had to go thru Master Card if not your money will sit there forever I tried to get back ,my credit card was the only way

I just called customer service, they said they will review my document by end of today cause I already uploaded a bank statement since Nigeria does not offer a card statement. They also said if the document is not approved and restriction removed I can call back to get the card removed from my account, so I can't use the card again. What do you think?

Yes, they remove for example my card from one fintech after my call too when I told him, so I can't provide bank statement of card and said him, so card is made by fintech (they don't like this) but I will able to add another from "normall" bank without problem.
Let me know later if they accepted documents.

You can call visa just like I called MasterCard and started a dispute because I felt skrill is false advertising and fraud.

I uploaded bank statement with photo of card but covered the middle numbers, skrill rejected saying i expose card details, so I have uploaded only bank statement waiting for review.

How long does it take for skrill to remove card. Please if I remove card can I send money deposited by the card to someone email or withdraw the money

After call they remove already card and my account works normally as previous. But if you sent documents they 1st must check or have you reply from they yet?

Good morning, I uploaded bank statement, and it has been rejected. There is no way I can get card statement as bank says debit card is tied to an account number, there is not separate statement for it.

Skrill does not accept Nigeria on its listed countries. Close the account and you will get your refund.

They do, it was listed that they do accept Nigerians, I have friends that are using it without issues.

How do I close the account, hope it wouldn't take months and charges involved
