Skrill Merchant questions

I've tried looking on their website but they dont tell you anything. I've got some questions for people who use Skrill as their payment processor. How often do they make payouts? And how do they do it? Can I still use Payoneers' bank info if I register the account in a country that uses IBAN instead the typical checking account in the US?
