Skrill can't send money

maybe it's the same as with paypal, if you're from an unsupported country, you can't send money using their services...maybe not

anyways, good luck with them, their support seems to be non-existent:
i only used them once when they were still moneybookers and i had no problem at all at that time

My country is supported maybe there some other problem... Anyway they don't respond so I think I can forget my money in skrill acc...

Are you paying with your debit card? It might not be support foreign currency payment. Atleast that's the case with my debit cards. Same thing happens with me too.

No I usually never use skrill but one my client has only skrill so I take payment via skrill this time. And now my friend can exchange those skrill EUR to webmoney for me and when I am trying to send him money It won't let me...

Okay, but why don't you just withdraw the money to your bank itself and buy webmoney with it? They would need you to verify your account though before you can send / withdraw money. Contact their customer support team. If you find their support unresponsive ( which will most probably be the case) , then head over to their official facebook page located at : https://www.facebook.com/Skrillpayments and comment on any of the recent posts. They reply pretty quickly if you do that.

Comment on a recent post in their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Skrillpayments . They reply within an hour. Tested
