Skrill can't send money

Hello,
my friend send me some money with skrill, but when i try to withdraw a error pops up, saying Something went wrong You were not charged. Anyone else had this problem and found a way around it ?
The support keeps telling me the same bs.

is your country in the list of supported countries? Their support has been dropped in many countries. If your money is stuck with them then tag them on twitter.

Yes, my county is in the supported countries.
The problem is not the support, they do reply, the problem is that they say that this was caused by their automated security system.

My God Skrill is so buggy it's unbelievable. They barely support you when you need them, and they'll block your account and keep your money without thinking twice! Avoid!
