so last night i was waking to the bank and i saw 3 guys on the atm machine, so i waited a little from about 30 meters behind a tree till the left.
I knoe they were doing something since they kept taking stuff from a bag.

So when i waked to the atm, i noticed something was different and started pushing and it came off, a skimming device. Since there's no cameras e took the device home, it has a CC reader and a webcam inside a tri-Fold brochure display.

Now i don't know what to do with this stuff...

If it has a webcam they could see where you live no?

Just be happy you caught them before you used the ATM, not after.

They webcam is used via bluetooth so they would have to be close-by with a laptop to record sequences.

They would be most likely able to see his face at least, and most likely watch him steal their skimmer. I just have a hard time believing this thread. Seems very fishy. Who would steal 3 criminals skimmer instead of going home and calling the police?

most probably you will not be able to read the logs since most of those toys are crypted ( ofcourse ) .... most probably they was just workers for others ( manufacturers of such devices ) .... lol 3 ppls to install a damn skim =)) ... keep the shit and play with it , when you are getting bored about it just clean for fingerprints and dump in some bins .

it has a usb port on the camera, its not wireless
i will try to post pics tomorrow

Agreed.

Three people to install a skimmer, and ATM without a Cam (they all have cams as far as I know, even the crappy ones), and you need 24 hours to upload pics of the skimmer.

So....we need pics of the ATM and the skimmer asap to continue believing any of this.

This reminds me of something that happened to me.

Remember those bank phishing emails? Well, I hacked the hacker one time by replacing his email address with mine and before I knew it, my inbox was flooded with CC, SSN, DOB, Address, PIN, account number and passwords. I had no intentions of creating fraud but as soon as I realized what I had, I had to make sure there was no way that I would get in trouble for it so I called the bank and they put me in touch with their CIO. It's one of the largest banks in the US. I sent them the information I had collected and they called the people and changed their account information. In return, they sent me a really nice gift that very few people have. I've seen a few of them on eBay over the years for $1000+.

So, if it is true, take photos, show us, and make contact with the bank and tell them what you saw and what happened. These guys almost took everything you have. Get them caught and busted before something happens and its you the police are looking for.

Thanks for the story Coyote, it shows that good deeds can pay off once in a while.

If it is true..... play with it...
and clean it...

then throw that shit away. Never go to that bank again.

If the 3 idiots installing it were just peons working for someone with real balls....
The big guy is going to come get his machine... and break your legs for fukin with his money.

I might jack it.... but call the police.... never.

The will investigate you like crazy.
Trust me you will NOT be treated like the hero that stopped a crime from being committed.

Interesting :).. BUT.. what if your'e here to find people who "know something" about this sort of thing.

To any users here who know stuff about this, do not say anything, looks like a trap!

I agree, CC fraud is low, pathetic.
