not later in the career, as early as possible.
To be able to communicate effectively will show that you are a much better worker/employee then someone who can't communicate properly.
Look at it this way
How are you going show off, demo, showcase your work if you dunno how to communicate effectively.
If you can't communicate effectively, how are you going to get your point across
Doesn't matter how great your work is, if you struggle to communicate between client, requestor, employee, manager etc, there is going to be issues.

That's the only problem for me as of now. I am trying udemy and other courses. Could you suggest anything if you know. I am an introvert that made me like this.

Stop buring yourself in books and theories
Attend courses like Improv and actually speak infront of people.
Improv is nice to get you to think on your feet.
A good life experience that also pays would be a tour guide, look locally, i'm sure they are hiring

Process Engineer/Project Manager. Every business is a set of processes, designed to make money. Your job as PE/PM is to find those and implement them in your business for the other departments to handle, and complete the sale.
AI will never reach the human level, but for some low-level editing, it's more than enough
