I am looking for a super skilled coder to code advanced marketing/advertising software.

You will be on the project as a full time employee, 50 hours a week.

1. English spoken and written on "A level"
2. Able to manage a team of coders.
3. Motivated and responsible

For the right candidate, there is a possibility of part ownership (in addition to your full time salary)

It is CRUCIAL that you know common marketing terms such as: CPM, CPA, ROI, Conversions, etc...
