Skill vs Methods ?

Situation 1 :
* Methods *
alot of ppl making money out of methods and twists etc , so you may get a 2000$ or even 5000$/month during a phase but sometimes it all fade away from a single algorithm update or whatever and u just sitting there with a 10$k to invest and without any skill learned beside some youtube spamming or IG spamming or Listing digital product on ebay (and your account got suspended ofc ) etc which is useless now cause that method don't work anymore

Situation 2:
* Skills*
So alot of ppl making money everyone use his own method or ebook method ... , but you have a passion which we may assume it's productive let's say Graphic design , Video editing , Programming , you ve been practicing it for at least 5 years , it was along journey so well played anon know you make around 3000$/month and live somewhere where median salary is 400$ , But the Key here is that this would never get saturated you make money out of your skills yes you can invest know and you have a plus you can invest in your skills to earn more and more , you ain't attached to a plateform where you make money from or something you can go and work offline and online etc


So the question here would you guys choose having alot of methods that each one gets you few bucks or investing the next (2-5) years acquiring a skill and if it's the case what in demand high rewarding skill you will choose ?

Skills > Method. No matter what.

Methods generate capital in a short time, so you can invest it in stable projects for passive income.

Graphic design , Video editing , Programming skill are important but your still trading time for money unless you outsource like drop servicing.

Yup...

Methods can last from 1 day to a few years (mostly 1 to 3 months), that's the "bad" part because you always have to look for new "loops in the whole"

Having a skill is on a different level.

I have been on both sides and my conclusion is:

Having a working method you'll maybe get "faster to money" but the question is, how long it will last?

With "good skills" you can build up your name, service, brand, etc.
People will respect you more and you'll have more customers e.g.

If you are constant and people see something "special" in you, they will come back for more, they will share your "skills" with others and how time is going on this will get on some totally different level as I said.

Doesn't matter. If your goal is to make money, make it any way you can.

Example: Buying accounts instead of creating?

You need to spent time to grow it, before you can monetise which can take weeks.

While you can spent some $ to buy an account which you can start monetising directly and get your money out of in days..

Skills matter, it is great to do things yourself. But sometimes it is easier to get products which are worth saving time.

Time which you can spent somewhere else, be it with your family, be learning other skills.

Both are important.

And what if your Skill is to create or find methods?

You need methods to monetize skills.

Both are quite important. Or you'll likely end up outsourcing everything.
