skill do you need to know to make talent builders?

What kind of skill does someone need to know to make one of those talent builders games have like world of warcraft, age of conan, etc.


examples:


wowhead(dot)(com)/talent
gw2.revgaming(dot)(net)/Tools/BuildTool/

I'm not sure what kind of person i should be searching to hire that can make one of those.

Depends on exactly what you want. ou have to be more specific.

Overall you'll want someone proficient in C++.

You can also make some cool games in C# as well though.

what if i wanted literally a replica of the second link for a wordpress website. Also would it be something difficult for someone to do?

You can do that with just css and javascript if you're smart about it. PHP can make it easier as well.
