Sitting in Front of Computer - Doing Nothing...

Sorry guys, but the truth IMHO is:

If you are staying a lot on the BH Lounge then it's going to make you an addict of the Lounge, then it's going to kill your creativity, and your will to earn for the day and beyond. You too are going to be another "Sticky" on the Lounge... like me :) lol

Cheers!

P.S.:
Btw, earlier (long time ago, i.e.) I used to visit the Lounge in between work, which I had in plenty! Now it is the other way around. :(

^Agree with srb888.

First off, you should clearly define your goals and the time period that the goals must be achieved within. Once you have that, you'll suddenly feel a sense of responsibility and the tendency to work.
Now, develop some will power. Develop some self monitoring. The moment you go off track, an alarm should (and does) ring in your mind telling you that you're going the wrong way. DO NOT ignore that.

If you don't have enough will power, disable facebook, bhw and all other such sites. Do not enable them back until you have reached your goal for the day.
Check your email only once every 2 or 3 hours. Emails can wait, trust me you don't need to send a reply back within one minute of receiving the email.
Put your cell phone on silent and put it away when you're working. I know you live in Pakistan and are young so your friends must be sending you texts all the time... Like your email inbox, only check your SMS inbox every hour or so. (exceptions are there but unless you're a 911 operator or 1122 in pakistan, these texts can wait).

Follow the steps above and you'll see some positive change in your productivity. Be consistent with it and you'll realize that you can live without BHW, facebook, twitter, watching cricket matches and what not.

Good luck.

PS: Don't forget to hit the gym/exercise daily. Your brain and body needs some refreshment - give it that.

PPS: This is my first post in the lounge in over three months... and I'm alive with no abnormalities.

smoke a joint, & then think about all the time you've wasted, all the money you've left on the table because you didn't press those buttons, all your competitors in what ever niche(s) your in dominating & buying cars, clothes, vacations & see if you dont find
yourself working like theres no tomorrow..

Also some other tips..

-install stayfocusd extenstion to block porn, youtube, forums, etc..
(make sure to block the actual extension itself so you cant go back and change things)

-Build a team.. Go to Odesk & hire some people to do what you dread the most, so at least time is not being wasted..
when your VA reports back to you with something complete, like a site, or 10 articles, you will have no choice but to
use it or its money wasted. This also gives you more time to work on the things that you excel at or dont find boring.

-Keep a Note book on your desk for time logs.. 12/14 1:40 pm set 5 web 2.0 properties.. 1:52 pm repin 100 images to pinterst, etc

-download instrumentals (j dilla, 9th wonder, nujabes) & open them in a playlist, let that play in the background..(NO LYRICS)

- Visual Motivation... I go onto instagram, & scroll through hash tags of things I like, for example (falcon 900,Bahamas,CL 63 AMG, etc) & browse through the profiles.. Seeing REAL people enjoying the lap of luxury motivates me, "if they can do it, than why cant I?"

umerjutt needs a break. to me I always take a break when start falling into fatigue and monotones. it is very important to leave everything behind on your desk even your laptop or your internet enables cell phone. the idea is to cut off anything which is already bothering you and getting on your nerves. taking a short break like 2-3 days, going outside of your city, not thinking of anything to internet related tasks surely enhance productivity and renew energy. I usually take 3-5 days break on every 3-4 weeks from my busy 12 hours/day online business.
sitting in front of computer screens itself hurts and reduce glucose level which also harm brain efficiency and blood sugar.

her is a good article written for the people like us who spend most of their time sitting behind their computer.
