SiteScout & Facebook ?

Hey has anyone use Sitescout & facebook affiliate ads together yet ? i'm starting to work with some friends who currently have sitescout and wanted to know anyone's feedback on how effective sitescout is with facebook advertising. Our niches wil be diet & muscle, or is there something better than sitescout.

Also my personal facebook, How do I set that up through a proxy & specific ip address ? I've had my pesonal account since highschool 2005 I believe I just played around with it today and set my spending limit to $10,000 i'm sure I can up it again to even more.

Definitely worth trying since some of them have extremely cheap CPC's.
