Sites with country limited sales often?

I want to try to flip items to sell them in other countries. Kind of like how Russians buy Steam games for cheap and then sell them for USD. Does anyone know of sites which consistently have country-limited sales? I'm really mostly looking for US-limited sales, but I'm curious as to what other countries have.
