Do you know any similar websites like Hacker News?

Websites that allow direct link submissions, and that can bring a lot of visits.

You will get a lot of visits only if you're on page one of Hacker News, and on top of the page to be precise. The same thing will happen if you end up at the home page of any huge web site. Just dropping a link is not what it is going to bring the UVs. Thats called spam
