Hi

What should be the reason when your off page activities sites are not caching? What should we do?

Rest and Just wait. These days Google taking too much time to crawling and indexing a website even you submit your URL directly to google for index. This is happening with all but within 1 week your page will index. don't worry.

Indexing takes a while nowadays, but you can speed up by linking to them from a ranking page.
