Sitemap Update

Hello guys, whenever I upload or publish a new article or product, it often shows up in Google Search Console as if it’s not detected on the submitted sitemap.
Does this mean I should resubmit the sitemap each time I add something new, or is it just taking time to update?

If your sitemap is properly setup, new pages will be discovered automatically
