Sitemap Question: Discovered ≠ to Indexed + Not Indexed, Why?

Hi there,

this question has been in my mind for a while: in GSC > Sitemap, why the number of "Discovered" is smaller than Not Indexed + Indexed?
The differences are bigger when the total amount of URLs getting more.
e.g. Sitemap A of Site A has only 1245 discovered, then after clicking in "SEE PAGE INDEXING", there are only 1239 URLs in total.



Sitemap B of Site B has 680K URLs, Not Indexed + Indexed only have 249K URLs, then the differences are enlarged to 431K.


I know the right-hand chart is not updated to same date of left-hand one, but i've monitored a while, it's not possible to have 431K differences in 3 days.

Any possible reason to this?

Some times you most too wait longer: 1: Duplicate content ( crawled text or image ) - Server responso too low - low Domain autorithy for google !

though under these situations, all the URLs are counted in "Discovered" then shall fall into "Not Indexed", isn't it?

There are many reasons: crawled not indexed, discovered, 404, duplicate, etc., then the examples you said shall fall under anyone of them, and counted as Not Indexed.
For example: if the server response too low, then a URL shall fall under "Discovered - not indexed" coz it has been counted in overall "Discovered", just because the server response time issue, Google cannot crawl it, so it's +1 in "Not Indexed", isn't it? <<<Please correct me if I am wrong.

Not all the time will convert too not index , offer sitemap 30days and see what happen if the problem persist contact me and i will look at it for free.
