I submitted a sitemap to Google and most of the Urls are indexed. And now I want to submit another sitemap (updated one) but it does not accept. I have to delete the old one? Or just create another sitemap and submit? Please Help!!!

You can have 2 sitemap that's not a problem. But make sure you have quality one.

Make sure your second site map sitting on eg.,domainame.com/sitemap.xml and make sure your second sitemap don't have same name as first(/sitemap.xml)
Check your roborts.txt default is
User-agent: *
Allow: /
If your are using wordpress i recommend you to use "yoast" SEO plugin.

There is no point having two sitemaps. If your site is new or having only few pages better delete the old one and stick with new.

Just replace your first sitemap.
