Sitemap Couldn't Fetch

I am starting to fall in panic, because I really dont know what to do.

It showed a error - "No: 'noindex' detected in 'X-Robots-Tag' http header", but I checked everywhere and didn't see anything including "noindex"

Any solutions will be much appriciated

It's pretty normal to get it set as noindex, you don't need it indexed, it's the page inside of it,
Try submitting the sitemap again, reload the page and check if any pages are showing up

If it still doesn't work, check your server logs for any 5xx errors. It could also be a temporary glitch on Google's end — sometimes it resolves itself in a couple of days. If all else fails, resubmit the sitemap and give it some time. Keep an eye on those server logs and Search Console messages.

Are you saying that maybe one of the page inside of sitemap has noindex inside of it and that's causing this issue?
And about the resubmitting, do I need to just remove the sitemap and submit it again?

Here, i have basically the same for all websites, yet the sitemaps are crawled, so the pages inside of it:

You don't need to remove the sitemap, just resubmit it once again & reload the page,
Try submitting the other inner sitemaps as well, posts, pages, categories, etc...
