Sitemap and ping messages do you use like that ?

Do you ping each
1- messages in a blog of forums
2- pages

when you have finish or if you make a new message online ?

and do you resubmit each time again to google sitemap
(or you left all and never do all i ask for)

My blogs are set to ping after posting an article. Not after pages, as I only make a few per blog (privacy policy, tos, about) to make them seem legit. And, I could give a shit less if they get indexed.

I guess you could ping forum posts, but if it's a decent forum it's really a waste of time. As the bots will be crawling it shortly anyway.

No, you don't resubmit your sitemap. If you'd read when you submitted it the first time (or checked your logs), you'd see that they will respider it from time to time to keep up with the new content on your site.

well it's a forum i do not touch since 5 months, and now i update 3 times a day, yes look like rush spam. And about sitemap all is on auto ok but traffic is very very slow

Just keep updating it. That many pings per day might make it look spammy. Ping once per day if you make changes IMHO. Hope your traffic builds.

yes but look if i make a new forum in phpbb, many casino bingo and poker rooms, imagine i have 100 messages per day all differents.

Look hard work i know but look like spam too because the forum auto ping so good to do like this, or worst open multi forums and some messages for each please
