If you perform a google search for an established site such as wsj.com or cnn.com you will see that the top site has these little "sublinks". Does acquiring sublinks automatically make you an authority site? And how do you get them?

Interested in how to get sitelinks too.

Some ideas that i've seeing in some sites are that you need to have an structured website, high volume of traffic ,etc., but don't know for sure if this is true (seems to be logical) and if there is some blackhat technique to get them.

Any blackhatter has ideas about this?
