SiteGround a good host?

I am looking for a good, low cost site hoster.

then I found SiteGround

Looks pretty good with the holiday deal ($4 a month and SEO Tools), wondering of anyone had thoughts on this.

I am looking to build a tech site with articles and do a lot of SEO work on it to try to generate some income.

Any other host suggestions would be awesome!
