If you think you got a decent site that good efforts has been put in and it's generating a constant stream of revenue then don't lose it easily.
Either lay out the information here and let the experts advise you or get a broker. Get in contact with meathead1234 and he'll help you.
People on forums will tell you various rubbish when it comes to valuations, I broker $XXX,XXX in sites every month so have a pretty good idea what a buyer would be willing to pay in the current market.
there are automated tools that helps you with ur site evaluation on a set parameter, but those are worthless, only actuall way to see the worth is, how much money is it making, and what is unique ,that cannot be easily duplicated
I don't expect it to be worth much. In the year that it has been up it has only made $56,but I don't really do anything with it. The highest it's made in one month was around $11.
