Site worth ?

Hi there guys. I have a site with around 360 unique articles on the smartphone and tablets niche ( 200-800 words articles ) that I wanna sell . Only the content,the theme and not the domain.
Can anyone give me some advice about a fair price for this ?

Sorry for the possibly ignorant question here, but if you sell your content and your domain is not deindexed and google crawls on content it has previously crawled won't it recognize it as duplicate, hence making the site practically unrankable? What's the deal with that..
