Hey guys, I have a new site (3 months old) with nearly 35 backlinks according to Majestic. My website is related to adult services and is holding page 2 SERP in a very competitive niche since last month.

I've got an real oportunity to receive a site-wide link, in the top bar of a site, announcing our new partnership. They are a video tube site and I'll provide models to their exclusive videos. The tube site has very high DA/PA, holds an PR 0 but is inside Alexa's 200.000 rankings sites and have something like 2k pages indexed.

Is it okay to link back to my site in a bar created in the top of the site? The bar says something like "News! Soon you'll have exclusive videos from [MYBRAND] + [PARTIAL KW], model's from [COUNTRY]"

Just to add this information, my site is in foreign language and the tube site is in english.

What you think about it?

There only seems to be one logical course of action in my opinion - take the sitewide link and if your rankings drop then ask them to nofollow it and your rankings should return.

Besides which, will this link send traffic to your site? It sounds as if it will so it's very worth it. Don't always worry about the big G.

Why using Site-wide? This is worst practice ever.
