500 keywords doesn't guarantee you to be on the first page of google. there are many factors to consider like age of your website, content, traffic, etc.

The content is 100% unique, traffic was about 600 per day but the only problem is the age of the domain, the website is just 4 months old. What shall I do now? How to get it back to the same position?

If you have unique and quality content and if you haven't done unusual linkbuilding then you have nothing to worry about. Just continue your regular SEO and add more content it will come back. Domain age is little less, so work on domain authority and try to increase it, you will be able to see good improvement and you have to hold your patience when building a good and quality site.

My site has tanked too since 2 nights ago, think there was a major update.

Was your site Amazon affiliate or using any other affiliate program? Cause a lot of these sites were hit.

Yes My site is an affiliate website but there are various other sites that work on the same principal and they are not touched... What is wrong with my site?

What SEO services/backlinks did you use/create? How does the anchor text profile of your site look like?

As long as your site is not deindexed just keep on working, add more content and build backlinks with naked/branded anchors
