Site Value?

This site brings in 700Ish Unique Visits, and 1.7k visits per day It has a member base with verified emails passing 7,000 and in the gaming nitch. I was wondering How much would this be worth. When It had a total of 300 members I got an offer for 1.5k and now the same person said how about 500...


At the moment, the site has subscritions and brings in 100-150 a month from that alone.

What would be the correct value of this site?

The only time it takes is checking in once and awhile and make sure that forum mods are doing there job. More then enough members are willing to help keep the site going. Cost to run I am actually not sure. it is full an IPB forum website. It started at ~30$ a month in subscriptions then rose to ~50+ then finally ~150 in the past 5 months the site was formed in Mid october

Okay. It's really too small to value accurately as it's not particularly established so it would largely depend what someone is willing to pay. Also depends on the niche - you say gaming - but that could be for a particular newly launched game or it could be something more general. It would probably sell for mid $XXXX, I wouldn't sell it for $1500. The gaming niche is notoriously difficult to monetize.

Directed at one game. I do know of a way to make it more profitable but it would fully break the TOS of the game and thus lose one of our main advertising points and that's the official games forum board.
