I'm still unable to reset the password for my main account. I've been trying multiple times a day to recover my account (COMPUK). Most of the time, after completing the captcha and clicking submit, no email arrives.

I tried again recently and I was finally able to get the password reset email to come through, however - after clicking the password reset link, there's no sign of the temporary password email.

Edit: Spoke too soon - took about 10 minutes but it arrived :34:

I noticed the site is loading a little faster.

To those who are having trouble changing the password, reset it using your registered email address and then change the password. It will work.
 
I've lost my password and i couldn't get i back and i had to wait till i remebered the password because the playthru verification is hidden when you want to get a lost password
Can you fix that ?

Click next and it loads.

But yeah once you have confirmed you want a new password you never get the new password e-mail.

Better not clear my cookies on this PC or else I will be gone; no idea what it is now and can't reset it :\
 
Newbies PM's/password resets are currently being processed. If you just so happen to be at the bottom of the list, it could take a few hours.

Almost half a million newbies to PM.
