Yes, Was looking a bit into redirect. com but not sure how the traffic will be.
To be honest, mainly because this is my first time doing it and dont want to burn the budget lol

You'll need to do some SEO. Firstly, make your onPage SEO. After that build a good backink profile - quality PBN posts, for example. Traffic from Google converts best - they click on the ads, buy products in the store, comment on the articles, etc. The people that come from the social networks just scroll down and exit the site. You still need social profiles but relying only on them is not a successful strategy.

I should have stated that my website was created by Wix which I hear happens to be poor with SEO. Do you recommend any of the above methods that might be beneficial?

I've seen some wix sites (on their own domains) outranking many, many authoritative ones in one of my niches .. it isn't that bad if you use your own domain and have good and unique content. don't despair

I think that if WIX will be your platform in the future this is not an issue. I would actually prefer a platform that gives me more freedom and access to the files of my site but this is not a SEO issue. This is a really big platform so its team had probably optimised it for the search engines.Appreciate the help

yo can start ads with low budget to give it a try , for about 40 or 50 bucks if it doesn't help you then you got some experience to use in future ...

I would suggest to create a few landing pages with low competition keywords that are "buying oriented" for potential leads, then u can do SEO / PPC marketing and get leads. Good luck!

Some people says the money is in the list.
I think you have to find out other ways to promote the business.
Maybe gather your visitors email through email grabber popup and do some heavy email marketing
