On a site belonging to a private dental clinic, high traffic pages (a few pages in snippetta or 2nd 3rd rankings. pages with 4k-2k monthly traffic) all lost traffic in one day, it does not appear in search queries, but the pages are indexed. I used to update the pages as needed and got links from good sites. There is no problem in GSC. Page speed is 100. I did not make any sharp changes on the pages.

Whatever happened happened after the core update. What do you think I need to do and how to intervene.

There's nothing much to do,
Just make sure your content is good, equal or better than than the current ranking competitors pages,
matching the search query as much as the currently ranking pages,
using good links, as you mentioned you're doing,
Technical & on-page SEO in on point, etc...

I've got a couple of websites losing up to %80 of the traffic in the last update and they got recovered in a couple of weeks with nothing done,
Be patient, it could happen for no reason nowadays

Check Google Analytics - anything changed there? change in traffic source?

Don't do anything. Just relax. It's due to GG. Anything you do now can make your site is even worse to recover after update

Consider reviewing content depth and style, analyzing backlink quality, and observing any shifts in user behavior. Adjust your content strategy accordingly and monitor changes.

It’s just the Oct Google update doing its thing. I’ve lost about 60% of traffic, with big rankings drops. Better to sit tight and do nothing.

Often rankings return…especially for sites that haven’t been doing anything wrong. So you just keep fingers crossed, your pages reappear in a week or so.

It's likely the result of Google's algorithm changes. Monitor and improve content and backlinks, and wait for improvements.

Many sites haven't recovered from sept core update. wait for your site to recover and then do the needful

The same thing happened to me, fewer impressions, fewer clicks but more money in adsense.

80% of all small publishers have seen huge drops in traffic ove the last few months. Take some consolation that you are not alone. Google has shifted the serps landscape on a seismic scale. SERPS is now owned by brands and huge sites with authority. I have personally given up on SEO for small or nicher sites, its pointless

site traffic fall 35% in one day due to any technical problem in website and the other reason is due to change occur in search engine algorithm.
