Depends on your niche. I can hook you up with reality stars, adult entertainers and tattooed models.
Theres not really a site for it. You'd have to find these people manually.

I am also looking for the same thing. I have a brand which requires a lot of influencers to collaborate to sell the product. It takes a hell of a lot of time manually searching for them. The closest thing I have found is a site called Klear. They claim they have a database of 200million influencers from twitter and IG. However after contacting them I found they only do a yearly service which costs $1200 US and there is no trial period or month by month option. It may be a good service however that was not a risk I wanted to take

You have to find them unless you want to pay an agency fee.
Find brands selling similar products to you successfully, and look at the influencers or shoutouts pages that they use or follow.
Only advertise on pages that have targeted followers with good engagement that would be interested in your product, influencers are for the most part to expensive if you don't have significant capital.
