Site Tag in Title ??? My Title - mysite24.com Remove?

My problem is that Posts are Indexed on google with Site Tag.
For example: Post My Title it shows in Google as My Site - Mysite24.com
I am using SEO yoast and removed those Tags. But the results still display it liek this?

If you removed it recently, you must let Google do it's thing. It takes time

He(person posted above) is right on point, it takes time to reflect changes made in title and meta description. What best you can do, simply check when Search Engines are crawling your pages.

I have seen it before if you have not given the site name in title it will reflect don't worry about it, won't effect your rankings
