Site spam rate reduce

My site has 20% spam rate in moz. I checked low quality backlinks using moz. But that some low quality backlinks not showing in search console.

What is the better way to solve this. I do not understand this. Please help me

my all along is zero , recently 1 percent. I don't bother . I more concern traffic , Is too many factors and complex back end. I guess now is just marketing it , check out any good backlinks sellers , don't bother all these score , etc
Google update as usual will come yet again . so there u go.
