I recently sold/shut down most of my sites, and at the moment I only got 1 site left that has great potential.
It already has 16 good articles posted on it, and I have around 30-40 articles that are ready which only have to be posted on the site
Domain is Valid Until June, 2014 and was registered 6 months ago. So this site is both a bit old and is registered for 2 years and this makes it more trustable.
The site itself looks good in my opinion. I've had a site in the same niche last year and ranked at spot 5 for its main KW it was making 100-120$ a day from Adsense, I am sure that we can make a good 150-250$ a day once its ranked properly.
I am willing to give 60% of the site's revenue to someone who wants to take it up and spend the time marketing it. I will invest more money in articles and other things when needed(We do have 30 articles which are not even posted yet).
