site scout?

have a few hundred dollars in there from months ago.
i was getting zero response and gave up on using it with some money still on deposit from the initial $500
anybody having any kind of good ROI using this site and don't mind sharing some details about your campaign?

I have spent a considerable money on site scout without any luck. I am use to running ads on FB and was trying to get away from FB and tried site scout and could not get conversions. Has it changed for you?
