Ok, site sandboxed (all in G's index, but entirely disappeared from any search, except direct "www.site.com"), which is logical, since it was a test (xrumer blast on fresh new site) - had to experience myself :D
Is it ok to entirely copy it to a new domain? If it was
    mysite.com , now I will make a copy to mysite.net
Has anybody had experience with that?

Your site wasn't sandboxed in Google if you still see results for "www . site . com". Wait it out, it's probably just dancing around right now.
