anybody knows this phenomenon.

once my new site is indexed and ranked and i have done backlinking it disappears vor 3 weeks from the top 1000 but once i delete the post from my page and leave a h1 header with the kw alone the site appears in the top 100.

why is that the case ?

Probably Google dance, it may still reappear and disappear many times yet, before it settles down...

I'm sure the deleting of the post is nothing more than a coincidence with rankings rather then the reason behind it.

Keep building backlinks, leave the content up, and begin working on creating new content.

No one can say for sure why this happens, if they could then they could rank number 1 for every site and every keyword at random and at will. Maybe you need to link better.

Could be keyword stuffing too. I have a touchy website like this and I know what you're talking about ... I've sometimes taken a 1200 word article and chopped it up into separate 250 to 300 word articles just to get it to rank at all.

I disagree with the dance theory,
I have a site with a page that has only got an H2 title on it, no other content, and like you I tried to put something there and it tanked, even when I let it sit. Finally I took it off and it's good again, almost a year now - and it's a PR1 (!)

those pages are like ghosts in the machine

so i just added new content and wooosh... one day later google dance ?!

this would be the fouth week if i dont count the case of "deleting the content"

is it because of my .info ending ???
