If I add an Cache cleaner plugin will it improve the grade to B ?

How can I improve the response time of 900ms ?

Hosting spec

unlimited SSD storage
Unmetered bandwidth
Cloudflare CND included
2X more CPU & Mysql ressource

**Also my domain is with 1 provider and my hosting with another provider**

Get WP Rocket, Customize it to minify CSS, JS. Backup your Site with some plugin and update PHP if you didnt for longer time. Delete any CSS, JSS you dont use. If you are using custom fonts compress them and use modern formats. Most helpful in my opinion would be Image Compression, Make sure that every image you upload is same resolution as Its dispayed on your page, Use JPEG for Squared Images without transparency and PNG for Images with transparency. Or webpm, I dont use it idk why but it can also slightly reduce image size. Then Compress Images, There are free tools I use tinipng and tinyjpg com. Compress Is losless so Quality will not decrease, just make sure Compressing is last edit of Image you will do. After you edit it in PS for ex. you will have to compress it again otherwise size will be larger. Remove all Plugins you dont need running on site, that means every plugin you use occasionally. You can add those everytime you need to use them.
Also If you got cPanel, under Software category there is tool "Optimize Website" I dont know how much it helps but you can use it too.

Use shortpixel to compress images
Use super lightweight themes like Astra
Move to a faster host

Hard to say without more information, give us more about your WordPress setup, what theme, what plugins and so on are you using.

Everyone,

I would like to thank you all for the advice, the thing is changing host was not an option for now because I already paid for 1 years hosting and it was better than the hosting I had before this one.

I decided to use the Cache plugin named: WP Super Cache

So far so good, the site look a bit faster and the grade on gtmetrix is now B plus the site load in less than 5 seconds.

Cheer to all,

Also found a good plugin Remove WP Overhead, I turned off many things that I didn't need. Widgets like calendar, comments. Also, I got my own plugins for search so I turned off vanilla one too. Theme and WP in footer etc...

Then font rendering was slow and weird like blinking before loading and showing different font at first... I had my own fonts with @fontface but it was not done well. So I optimized it, got woff and woff2 formats. And edited CSS so is one stylesheet for everything on your hosting. There were like 3 fonts in one selector or something so I just used one I wanted and It's much better. Then I don't remember where the settings are but using external CSS did help too.

Disabled Google Fonts because I don't use any, and deleted some unused JS loaded in background

Ive got 2nd tier shared namecheap hosting was like 30 dollars first year with free com domain so nothing fancy. theme, plugins affect Speed Index too maybe PHP version as well depends on compatibility with your plugins and theme so always backup before updating PHP. But for me, it helped with speed updating after a longer time, then you can delete the backup plugin to not slow your page.

I think your host should be fine, check the plugins that you have installed.
