I have optimized my site properly, but in my webmaster tool i found many errors like broken links and server error. can anyone suggest me how can i remove broken links from my site.

Are you using Wordpress? There are plugins for checking broken links, and also plugins that will redirect broken links to the home page (or the new site).
 
Error should be for missing links and server down error, do it fix this links.
 
If you have changed permalinks, google will slowly deindex that URL if it shows 404 errors. But it would probably take a week or two for them to go down.
 
Use Xenu link sleuth to find the broken links, and go to the link source page and fix them.

There are a lot of SEO tools that can help you detect any broken links on your site. Once you detect them, you can either delete these links or fix them.
