Site not indexing??

what do you think i've done?
just brought the domain and shuved it in the bin?...........

Use the tool at the botom of this site to see if the domain is banned in google:

aparently it is banned, however I cannot see what I've done wrong as I only owned it about 4 years ago(dno excat date)..
OK - Before anyone mentiond how to unban the website; I already submitted a sitemap to Google, did google.co.uk/addurl.html submitted that... verified the website is mine.
What else can I do? I've built quite a few good links to the site, have a lot of places linking to me at the moment.

No, four years ago I did NOTHING to it like I said.
I've sent in a manual reconsideration, how long do they take?

one should always us the manual submission along with other techniques

WTF? All my domains are banned!!! But they are all new (2 weeks old)....
Is this tool accurate??? And how come I'm still showing up when I do site:mysite.com ????
That tool is a joke. It's not accurate at all. All it does it check to see if the site is indexed and if it isn't it then says it's banned.
Make up a really long and ridiculous domain name that no one has ever registered and enter it in there. It'll say it's banned.

Yo, that tool only tells you wether or not it's indexed so if it's really new your probably not banned. Wanna get indexed in less than 24hours, run http://verifiedfile.com/seo/. It's Shares and it works, had both my new sites indexed in hours and neither were sandboxed.
