site map

hey guys im using google webmaster tools. and for some reason it wont accept my site map i get this error below... allthough i removed robots.txt
how can i generate a good sitemap and fix this issue here is my site map link http://cluboverload.com/sitemap.xml

We were unable to crawl your Sitemap because we found a robots.txt file at the root of your site but were unable to download it. Please ensure that it is accessible or remove it completely.
