Site like AddMeFast with country specification.

Hey everyone,
Been browsing these pages alot lately and decided to join to ask a question I have. (google isn't very helpful)
I've been using AddmeFast to boost a fan page I have. I know 80% of the likes I get is from fake profiles with a bot, and onther 15% from fake profiles.

Now my question: Are there any sites who work like addmefast who offer an option to specify the country were the users (or bots) are coming from? I just want to make sure my statistics aren't messed up by an extreme amount of people from the other side of the world.

To sum things up:
I need a like-exchange site
- cheap or free likes
- specify the country or continent where the profiles are from
- add the likes in small amounts (5-10) since I recently started the page and alot of people I know are monitoring the numbers. I do this in AMF by having my account always paused and only unpause for a short time once and awhile.

Unfortunately youlikehits is closing his FB section. I'm trying to mess around with the country restrictions build into facebook, but using these gives problems with my site wich extracts a newsstream and pictures from the facebookpage.

Addsocials has it I guess.

Someone on fiverr was selling targeted fb fans. Don't know if they still are though.

youlikehits can make country targeted,, but new modification still difficult..
