so i need a website which gives us access to desired us state/city with some what lower price..

i know luminati does that.. but its monthly commitment is high.. so there should not be any monthly commitment..

you guys can suggest pay as you go without monthly commitment..

but the site should provide pure residential ips and we need to have access to all US states.

What I mean is some proxies do not work or work better for certain sites. For example, some proxies don't work for google, etc

bro 911 to some extent ok.. but the proxy is not stable. proxy may work from 1 min to some days... but for i lost many proxies in 5 mins which means 5 days of loss.. think before you buy 911
