I have been working on an adsense site and it just started ranking really good for the kws that I was going for. This week the site started doing 20-30 bucks a day and i project it to start making more $, probably 30-60 range per day. I know most ppl sell sites for 10-15 times the monthly revenue. I want to know if I decided to sell this site after two to four weeks of earnings, can i get 10-15 times the monthly revenue? Or is that asking too much.

Chances are I will hold on to the site and try to make it to a $75-125 a day website but if there is realistic chance that I can get a good deal on it I will let it go because I can use the money to fund other projects

also would anyone care to broker if so pm me details:D

The best thing is to let the daily income be constant for about 6 months. That fetches more money. Do not be in haste to sell it now, even if it's making good bucks daily. After 6 months, you would have built a good income history, which can also add to your negotiating power.

Unless you need the cash, keep it until you max out the revenue. Once you hit a peak in earnings and you can't increase it further (without a disproportionate amount of work) then consider selling. There's no "ideal" length of time to get the best multiple, but the more history you have, the higher the multiple you will get.

i could use the cash to fund some more sites and other ventures. But I am not sure how much a 30-50 dollar a day new site would fetch.

Ideally Id like to hold onto it for about 3-5 months and then flip it if ever get it to a $75-100 a day site. Reason being is that i almost feel adsense sites are ticking timebombs and that you have no control. I would rather sell then hold on too long and get panadaed or g slapped or have an account banned lol

Let it go on auto pilot for a while- once you see the earning line drop the slighest, sell it instantly.

Atleast make back 4-5 times as much as you intial investment.

just my though !

I would recommend keeping the site for at least 3 months so buyers see that earning is constant, then flip if you want. But personally i'd keep this kind of site for longer, maybe 6 months so I can also get earnings.

"The race is not for the swift, but for who can endure"....Just wait it out to show some consistent income before you flip.
