You might want to ask yourself the following ...

Is your site relevant for what you are trying to rank for?

How many related articles does your site have?

Is your onpage SEO good? How about interlinking?

If yours is an affiliate site, are affiliate sites ranking in Google's top 10 for your target phrases?

I would check the size of the articles in the top 10. If those articles are on established sites and more than 2000 words in length, then it may be hard to outrank them with a new site that has 3 articles and a few links from web 2.0s and blog comments.

IMO, you would need a lot more than 3 articles to establish relevance, unless you have a solid link building plan that involves getting very high quality, relevant backlinks.

Check the Onpage correctly buddy . if yes its okay then Make Some high Auality Links and wait for them to get indexed. Seo takes time to show results.

Continuing on from @Shree, make a list of first five results.

Now figure out the keyword density of each page and make a list of all the common words/phrases that occur across all five sites. These are your LSI keywords and you are going to need to implement them into your article.

Google only knows what the keyword is about from the seed results (top 5 usually). So make sure you include the seed LSI keywords into your article.

In the early days, this was my biggest issue for onpage content.

Edit: Also tip for internal linking: add an exact/lsi from your posts to your mainkw. Then build links to your posts which include the LSI/exact.

Well you only have web 2.0 and blog comment links which is nothing really.

    You need more links.

The issue here, besides the obvious that Shree and Mikey mentioned is that your backlinks are crap. You cannot expect to move pretty much anything with blog comments and all and web 2.0s will get you only so far, (which is not much). Besides decent PBN links and guest posts, and some other techniques which are hard for a newbie to pull off, you won't rank with anything. Either build your own PBN, outsorce from PBN or do some manual outreach if your site is worthy of a guest post.

It seems u used some tools to identify keyword competition. If you are using kwfinder, 20-30 is not as EASY as u think. It is best to analyse a keyword manually. Also if you are using short content to rank, it will be hard too

Your content is already good enough to go. All you need is doing quality backlinks. Also your competitor might using PBN which blocks AHREF/MAjestic, this is why you won't know how many exact backlinks they have.

1)Also have you checked that your site is not blocking google bot? like "noindex" or your backlinks are mostly "nofollow". Because blog comments mostly are nofollow links and your web 2.0s are expired or newly created? Either one of it still requires you to use GSA and blast after you have created them. This is to generate link juice to them.

2)Also make sure your money site contents are not duplicated, no broken links, site speed is awesome etc(ONPAGE SEO)

    3) OR your money site has been penalized but you are not aware? Check it on webmaster tool for manual action.
If you got hit by Google Panda, you will be suffering from traffic drop like rain out of a sudden without might/might not receiving manual action in GWT.

Tips to rank a main keyword:

    1. First of all, select the right/best keyword
    2. Do the competitor analysis for the keyword
    3. Check the how many pages are using that keyword in the page Title or URL
    4. Use your selected keyword in the page Title and URL
    5. Use your selected keyword in the heading and on other prominent places on the page
    6. Use keyword in image alt tag
    7. Have enough, unique and valuable content on the page
    8. Link to the page containing the keyword from other pages and relevant blogpost of your website.
    9. Promote the page and if you can, have enough % of the of the back links anchor text with your keyword/ part of keyword as part of anchor text.
    10. Be patient, it may take some time to rank a keyword - especially if your website is new and/ or there is huge competition for the keyword.
