Site is not ranking. Need help!

Hi guys I think I fked up some stuff regarding one of my MNS's. I think I know the reason why it isn't ranking but maybe there's something else going on.
Yes it's indexed, more than 5 months old, seen around 5 times on the serps at place -+190.
Can someone please help me? Maybe a quick check? I appreciate it alot.

you having any backlinks to the site?
 
Yes I have I may have overdone it but I hope there's a different reason..
 
Is your content worth anything to the visitor ?
 
Could be that your site has been penalized somehow
 
What kind of backlinks did you build? Also, what is your anchor text diversity and is your on-page SEO good?

That sounds like an algorithmic penalty to me. Granted I don't know the in's and out's of what you've done so far...but my money would be on over optimised on-page content. Ctrl + F and enter part or all of the phrase you're trying to rank for, if it' usage exceeds 1-2% then trim it back.
