I have requested by website to be indexed by Bing - and I even submitted my sitemap, but it still has not shown up in the search results.

How long does it take for the website to start showing up?

There are no specific time yet when will your website be indexed on Bing. The website that you submitted needs to be assessed before it appears in the index.
